Be interesting to talk to. You should know much about a guy's favorite topic and have a sense of humor. You can also make a joke, not just laugh at his. What is a guy's favorite topic? Be punctual and reliable. Don't be late. If you know that you absolutely need two hours to get ready and you come home from work / school at 6 o'clock and he suggest you meet at 8 o'clock, ask him if you can meet 15 minutes or half an hour later. It is better than being late! If you agree to do something, then don't forget to do it. It means a lot if someone can rely on you.

Since the beginning of the 21st century the whole world is trying to convince everyone that looks don't matter. The fact is that even if you find a guy who believes this (and you can have a very hard time finding one who is honest about it) - if you put two girls in front of him who are identical in every possible way except in appearance, he will pick the one that is more attractive. If looks really didn't matter (like it does not matter if you put on the left sock fist and then the right one or the other way around) then he wouldn't care... Go running as often as you can, drink lots of water, eat healthy (as little sweets as possible, lost of fruits and vegetables), take care of your hair, and "don't use makeup" (that means: use your "no-makeup" makeup), dress nicely, ...
